The Paragon Athlete Training Program is your ticket to becoming the person who can out-flex, out-lift, and out-move everyone in your gym. This isn’t just another bodybuilding or powerlifting routine, it’s designed to develop multiple skills, breaking the 1 dimensional barrier. You’ll gain a ton of muscle and strength but you will also build your speed, flexibility, jumping, and overall athleticism, making you look like someone who should be in a superhero movie. 

What you can expect is to build upon your compound lifts such as benches, squats, power cleans, and more. We will also sculpt your body with dumbbells and cables, while also adding plyometrics and explosion exercises to really turn you into an athlete.

This program is 6 weeks. I will customize the program based on your numbers, experience level and personal goals. We will call every week to go over numbers, and form, utilizing our time together so I can give you as much of my knowledge that led me to a...

Love the program!

Loved the programming Damon wrote for me. I was in a rut and this helped so much. I really enjoyed the workouts and can see and feel the benefits.

Damon was great to work with! He is was very fun and was very understanding of injuries that I have previously had and how to work around them. He also made an effort to always reach out and check up on how i was doing in my program.
